  1. Generating Revenue for growth of company

  3. Execute email and call campaign for domestic as well as international clients based on lead generated
  4. Connecting with potential clients and evaluate business potential
  5. To meet potential clients and discuss our proposals
  6. Doing Negotiation with clients, making proposals if required
  7. Covert potential clients into deals – Direct/ Field sale
  8. Pre and post salesservices

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. An Ideal Candidate with MBA Marketing with minimum 4 years experience in IT Sales
    Should be presentable and good communication skills

Key Account Manager

Job Description

  1. Interact and correspond with prospective clients.
  2. Proficient on Product functionalities & usage
  3. Identify, develop and maintain relations with present clients.
  4. Identify & materialize up selling opportunities to increase account size
  5. Drive Product Adoption across different business lines & within client organization
  6. Align client stakeholders to the challenges in product adoption. Drive & achieve outcome by managing change proactively.
  7. This role involves extensive travel to multiple client locations across India and Aborad
  8. On time & accurate reporting of the project to client
  9. Setup new projects
  10. Effectively drive performance of the team
  11. Monthly reporting to client and management

Project /Engineering Manager

Job Description

  1. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  2. Developing project scopes and objectives
  3. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  4. Ensure resource availability and allocation
  5. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  6. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  8. Report and escalate to management as needed
  9. Manage the relationship with the client
  10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proven working experience (minimum 6 to 7 years)as a project administrator in the information technology sector (Android, Python etc.)
  2. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  7. Candidate should be ready to visit fields as per the requirement

Education

  1. Great educational background, preferablyin the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  2. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
